This talk introduces a quality model for AI systems, that defines the 9 characteristics of a trustworthy AI system, as an addition to the ISO25000 software quality model. This quality model can be used as a structured dictionary to define AI-related software product quality requirements. We illustrate how this works in one of our projects: the design of a stress detection platform that processes wearable data.
